Title IX Information
U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR)
OCR enforces federal civil rights laws, including Title IX, which prohibits sexual harassment and sexual violence on campuses that receive federal funding. Besides making a report about an incident of sexual violence to a school, survivors can also file a complaint about the incident or the school's handing of that incident with OCR.
Know Your IX
Know Your IX is a survivor- and youth-led organization that aims to empower students to end sexual and dating violence in their schools. Their website is a great place to start reading about Title IX and how to make a report, statistics on gender-based violence, and how to make change on your campus.
